White Ink Calligraphy added a touch of elegance to the event with their exquisite place cards, menus, and seating chart, while Ina J Events provided stunning white floral centerpieces that perfectly complemented the garden party aesthetic. Southern Events contributed to the ambiance by providing the rentals necessary to bring our vision to life, ensuring every detail was picture-perfect.
Music, Dance, and Podcasts: The Heartbeat of the Evening
The evening kicked off with the enchanting melodies of a string quartet from Rhose Studio Strings, setting the tone for the festivities ahead. As the night progressed, Premier Entertainment brought dance party vibes, keeping everyone on their feet. Emceed by Chance Dillon, the event featured shoutouts to all the vendors and a live podcast hosted by Alyssa, the creative mind behind The Bride Guide.
Extra Delights: Live Painting, Swag Bags, and More
Guests were treated to extra delights throughout the night, including live painting by Lauren O’Brien Art and swag bags from 2 Travel Anywhere. LMA Designs transformed the ceremony space, while Baked in Nashville provided a stunning cake that was as delicious as it was beautiful.

Adding to the ambiance, live models dressed in Lavender Park Bridal attire showcased each table scape, their hair and makeup flawlessly done by Indigo Beauty Collective. Bloom Digital ensured that every moment of this night was captured with their expert photography and videography skills.
