Month-of Wedding Coordinaton
Our month of coordination package is carefully constructed utilizing the necessary elements all weddings need to run smoothly. Our coordinators use a tried and true method of execution in our signature service to manage the details planned to curate a day to remember forever.
This package includes customized vendor recommendations from our network of talented vendors, floor plan creation, and a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process.
Initial planning meeting
Our signature service begins after signing, with a Googlemeet meeting to talk through your unique vision and desires. The earlier in the planning process the better to set you up for success in booking the right vendors and planning the wedding with a game plan in mind.
We work with you to create a personalized floor plan that reflects the flow of the event – offering advice and guidance the best placement of various tables based on the elements you want included in your big day. We will provide you with document to keep your wedding organized including a wedding checklist. Our team carefully selects from our network of talented vendors to customize the right vendor recommendations for you based on all your dream wedding must haves.
Final planning meeting
A month prior to your wedding day, we will have an in-person meeting we will take the hair/makeup timeline, the photography timeline, and the reception timeline and combine them in a master timeline that encompasses the wedding day from start to finish in a master timeline.
We will talk through all things ceremony details – who’s walking with who, special songs you’ve chosen, and any unique elements you want included in your wedding ceremony. Your team of coordinators will revisit the floor plans we created in the Initial Planning Meeting & update it based on your final guest count and any changes made during the planning process.
Pro tip: set your RSVP’s to be due 6 weeks prior to the big day!
Vendor calls
Two weeks prior to wedding day, we personally reach out to each of your vendors to inform them we will be their main point of contact for the big day. We talk through all aspects to include floor plan, timeline, and ceremony details with all of your vendors to make sure any questions they may have are answered & arranged prior to wedding day.
Final call
