When Callie first called us to set up her consultation, we had no idea just how dreamy her elegant luxury wedding would be! Sean & Callie’s wedding day was nothing short of amazing and we are so excited to share it with you. Together, we pulled out all the stops to make sure every detail of her wedding was fit for a queen.
High End Romance
Callie & Sean have THE cutest story! After working with them this past year, we loved seeing how truly perfect they are for each other. They both light up telling us the story of how they met in the second grade and how they reconnected leading up to their big day! They were hands down one of our favorite clients to work with – a perfect mix of trusting our guidance and input paired with a sense of knowing what they want in order to make decisions!!
Classic Venue with Modern Update
The Read House was a no brainer choice for this couple while we were planning their wedding! The Sliver Ballroom is full of elegance and extravagant details. The venue itself recently underwent a $25 million dollar renovation! You can read more about that in our Venue Spotlight with them by clicking here! It is in tip top shape for elegant, luxury weddings and the three Waterford crystal chandeliers are there to prove it. All together, the look of the venue certainly set the mood for a night of celebrating Callie & Sean’s love!
Rehearsal Dinner
Since this wedding was so grand, we wanted to make sure all of the details were as beautiful as the couple! So, of course we had to make sure the rehearsal dinner theme was cohesive with the wedding itself. We are totally obsessed with how it all turned out. The marble napkins paired with the purple velvet tablecloths from BBJ Linen and the flowers from The Clay Pot had us giddy with excitement. And how elegant are those acrylic name cards from Tickled Ink?! It was the perfect teaser to build anticipation for the next day!
Luxurious Details
Callie was naturally radiant on her big day and did her own hair and makeup! Grace Baskette ensured her girls’ makeup was flawless and the Bobby Pinning Studio made sure that every hair was in place. Callie’s dress is from the treasured and adored Monica’s bridal boutique! It perfectly fit the overall theme of classy elegance! And check out her cathedral veil! We love when you can see a bride and groom’s personality shining through all the details of their wedding day. With details like this, it’s easy to see how the whole day comes to life!
And if you can’t get enough, Callie custom ordered a special perfume and lipstick. Even her Jimmy Choo’s showed off her sparkle! All the luxurious details were very thoughtful and nothing went unnoticed.
And of course, Sean was looking equally dapper in his tux from Monica’s Bridal!
Elegant Ceremony
To start off the ceremony, we hired some flapper girls to pass out the programs to play into the 20’s themed occasion. It was the perfect way to introduce the guests to what was coming!
When the big moment had finally arrived, the whole wedding party was glowing with expectation! During the ceremony, Heather Wolfe was painting the scene to commemorate the exact moment Callie & Sean said “I Do!” Meanwhile, Daisy Moffatt was working her magic to ensure that none of these special moments would be forgotten.
Reception & Details
Elegant Cake and Luxurious Tablescapes
Tall centerpieces overflowing with feathers and florals made the ballroom feel so grand. The mixed textures and varied heights add depth and clear sight lines for the guests to see all of that was happening throughout the night. The silver chiavari chairs brought in by Luma Designs are just as elegant as the rest of the decor.
How glamorous is their sweetheart table? We placed it right in front of the dance floor so our lovely couple would be near all the action! We also repurposed the ceremony arrangements on either side and it really was WOW!
Callie wanted elements that played into the 20’s theme of the hotel, so the feather detail on the cake really tied the classic elegance theme all together!
We are completely blown away by this addition to the wedding. Even the bride & groom got to join in on the fun and add a couple of strokes to their painting! The finished product is sure to be something they treasure for the rest of their lives!
Over the Top Details
Nothing at this elegant luxury wedding was short of awe inspiring. Tickled Ink custom designed these signature cocktail signs inspired by Callie’s pups! Likewise, they had matching acrylic table numbers and koozies!

Elegant Luxury Wedding At It’s Best
In its entirety this wedding day was glamourous. Their garland wrapped carriage exit was intimate and sweet thanks to Chattanooga Carriage Company. We had the best time planning Callie & Sean’s classic luxury wedding day and helping them bring this vision to life. We wish them all the best as they continue to grow in their love!
